 Bhoja Air welcomes those who might require a little extra assistance due to age or disability and our cabin crew do all they can to make sure the flight is enjoyable.

 We offer a wide choice of special services to all customers, whoever they are and whatever their reasons for traveling may be. Whether you’re a mum-to-be, family traveling together or on your way to get married, these services ensure you’ll be well looked after. If intimated on time, a newly wedded couple is welcomed with a complementary cake or a bouquet of flower.

 

Flying Families

 To give you more space to settle in, families traveling with small children can be the first to board the aircraft, provided Bhoja Air staff is informed at the time of check in.

 

Unaccompanied Minors

Parents or guardians sit back and relax at home after handing over their unaccompanied minors to our Customer Relations department and Cabin Crew, who take special care of these very important passengers, both on the ground and in the air.

 

 

Special Customer Handling Staff for Onboard passengers- The Flight Attendants

 

At Bhoja Air, safety and customer care is our main priority and it takes precedence over all other areas of our business. Our flight attendants are put on board only, after undergoing extensive safety and service training. They are the true representatives of our airline and with their exceptional standard of service, they have become marketers of Bhoja Air.

On board Bhoja Air Flights you enjoy delicious cuisine that has been carefully selected keeping in mind the taste of the passengers and timing of the flight.

We were the first private airline in Pakistan to introduce hot meals on all flights as well as providing in-flight entertainment and newspapers.

Whilst we do not provide meals for infants, Bhoja Cabin Crew will be more than happy to warm your baby food.

 

Happily Caring Your Loads

Staying ahead of time and ability to provide cargo service round the clock are the qualities, which has made Bhoja Air cargo a major market shareholder in the domestic cargo market.

 Our Cargo department is capable of accepting perishable as well as non-perishable goods. However, weight, dimensions and number of pieces are the determining factors for the completion of one shipment on one flight.

 

Co-ordination is Important

Bhoja Air’s Operation control is located at Jinnah Terminal Building of Quaid-e-Azam International Airport. It is manned round the clock by efficient flight operations officers and is equipped with modern communication facilities. It controls the entire Bhoja Air network and also serves as Crisis Control Center for the airline.
